Classic Rock Sweet 16?

I have been looking for unique themes for my sweet 16 in DECEMBER...
Since I absolutely LOVE rock and roll I was thinking rock and roll
theme with my ladies wearing dark/colorful Tutus, etc. But then I
thought that everyone in my school practically hates rock, so then I
thought classic rock theme with my ladies wearing band tshirts with
leather pants/tights. We could play classic rock all night. Then I
thought everyone in my school hates classic rock too, so I want to do
a classic rock theme with regular music mixed in to keep the people
interested...
What are your thoughts on this?
Is there a better theme I could use?
If it's good, what should I specifacally wear and do my hair? Pics
